Thelma Brogan, age 85, of Harlan, KY passed away May 23,2013. She was born March 2, 1928 at Highsplint, KY to the late Susie Chaplain Trosper and Herbert Trosper. She was a homemaker and believed in the Church of God faith.
She was preceded in death by her mother Susie Chaplain Trosper and father Herbert Trosper, one child Billy J. Logan, and a brother Herbert Trosper, Jr.
Left to mourn her passing are her children Peggy Sue Davenport (Charles) Ft. Lauderdale, FL,Alice Weaver (Tommy) Coldiron, KY, Allie Logan Harlan KY, John Logan, Upper Elcomb, KY. Lawrence Logan (Geneva) Upper Elcomb, Ky , Jimmy Logan Harlan, KY,Donna Ball (Randy) Watts Creek, KY and Daisy Perkins Harlan, Ky. She has 20 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren and one great- great grandchild Jayden Sergent, and a host of nephews, nieces,family, and friends.
Visitation will be Monday, May 27, 2013 from 5 to 7 PM at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home with the funeral immediately following in the chapel of Mount Pleasant at 7PM with the Rev. William “Chick” Kelly officiating.
Graveside service will be Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 2:30PM at Resthaven Cemetery with friends and family serving as pallbearers.
