Steven Dewayne Jones

Dewayne Jones, age 29, of Sawbriar/Cranks, KY passed away November 24, 2014 in Leslie Co., KY. He was born October 12, 1985 in Harlan, KY to Steven Lee Jones of Sawbriar and Tammy Lynn Smith of Cranks. He was an Installer with Dish. He was a member of the Church of God of the Free People.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Kenneth Jones.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his children, Alexandra Taylor Jones and Steven Anthony Jones both of Cranks, brother, David Lee Jones of Cranks, grandmother, Elsie Marie Jones of Harlan, grandparents, Donald and Brenda McClain of Jonesville, VA, uncles, Wendell Jones of Wallins, and James Jones of Harlan, aunts, Priscilla Ann Hyatt of Harlan, Tryphena Johnson of Rosspoint, Sandra Jones of Harlan, and Kristie Green of Jonesville, VA.

Visitation will be Thursday, November 27 beginning at 5PM at the Church of God of the Free People, Fairview, KY. Funeral will be Friday, November 28 at 2PM also at the Church of God of the Free People with the Reverends Vonnie Jones and Allen Jones officiating. Burial will be at Resthaven Cemetery with friends and family serving as pallbearers.
