Shirley Jean Smith

Shirley Jean Smith, 79, of Harlan, passed away June 6, 2017. She was born April 17, 1938 to the late Charlie and Gladys Roberts.
Shirley is preceded in death by her parents; Her first loving Husband, Charles Frank Cole and her second loving Husband, Virgil Smith; Grandchild, Charlie Ann Cole; Brothers, Ronnie Allen, Roger Dale Allen and Charlesi Allen; Sister, Linda Allen.
Mrs. Smith is survived by her children, Jeff (Melinda) Cole of Dayhoit, Donna Worthington of Baxter, Melissa Ledford of Cranks, Cecilia Brackett of Baxter, Debi Moore of Richmond, Samantha (Andre) Broughton of Loyall and Lisa Hagerton of Clarksville, TN; Sister, Anna Jo Bailey; 10 Grandchildren, many great grandchildren and a host of friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday June 7, 2017 from 6 PM to 8 PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant. A Visitation will also be held Thursday, June 8, 2017 from 11AM to 1PM with the Funeral following at 1PM. Clinton Duke, Shane Bailey and Ronnie Dale Shackelford will be officiating with burial following at Resthaven Cemetery.
