Shelby Jean Roy

Shelby Jean Roy, 85 of Baxter, passed away on February 6, 2022 at her Home with her family by her side. She was born to the late Charlie and Clara Blanton Saylor on November 22, 1936. She was a faithful member of the Laymon Holiness Church and loved her Lord and Savior.
Ms. Roy is preceded in death by her Parents; Husband of 63 years, Bobby Roy; Brothers, JC Saylor, Dorsal Saylor and Jerry Saylor; Grandson, Bradley Grant.
Shelby Jean is survived by her Children, Bobby Roy and Wife Teresa, Yolanda Gail Osborne and Husband Ronnie and Sheila Grant and Husband Gary; Grandchildren, Gary Dewayne Grant and Wife Randi Lee, Amy Osborne Wardana and Husband Paddy, Lori Osborne Shope and Husband Frank, LeAnn Roy Chasteen and Husband Chad and Brent Roy; Great grandchildren, Natilee Grant, Micah and Judah Shope, Tiara Wardana, Amelia and Abigail Chasteen, and Bradley Joseph Grant II; Sisters, Nadine Saylor and Husband Howard, Norma Conway, Phyllis Bryant and Genevieve Aker and Husband Joe; A Special thank you to Teresa Johnson for helping take care of our Mother.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 8, 2022 from 5PM to 7PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 7PM also in the Chapel with Dustin Simpson officiating. Burial will be Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 1PM in the Greenhills Cemetery in Middlesboro, KY with Friends and Family serving as pallbearers.
