Samuel Maggard, age 37 of Putney, passed away June 28, 2017 at the University of Kentucky hospital with family by his side. He worked as a security guard. He was born November 4, 1979 to Arnold and Nadine Maggard.
Sam leaves to mourn his passing his parents Arnold and Nadine Maggard, his son Zachery Maggard, his sister Lisa Maggard, his girlfriend Christine Creech and several special aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be Friday June 30, 2017 from 5-8 pm in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Saturday July 1, 2017 at 12 pm with the Reverend Darrell Turner officiating. Interment will follow in the Lewis cemetery in Putney, KY.
