Richard "Rick" Moses

Richard “Rick” Moses, age 49 of Baxter, passed away Tuesday July 11, 2017 at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital after a brief illness. He was born October 30, 1967 to the late Carlos and Margie Moses. He leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Ginger Moses, children Brandon Moses of Harlan, Ashley Moses and boyfriend Dale McQueen of Wallins, Toby Moses and girlfriend Emily Marlow of Pine Mountain, Kimberly and Joshua Martin of Dalton Georgia, James Skidmore and Girlfriend Jessica Shoemaker of Coldiron, Jennifer Belle Skidmore of Lexington, Mona Brock of Wallins, a sister Debbie Faulkner of Florida, Grandchildren: Christian Moses, Jordan Colinger, Zachary Colinger, Gracelynn McQueen, Alex Martin, Megan Martin, Sarah Martin, James Skidmore, Jacob Skidmore, Jordyn Skidmore, Jaylin Skidmore and several special nieces and nephews.
