Richard Hawkins

Richard Hawkins, 59 of Loyall tragically passed away on November 4th, 2021 after a car accident. Anyone who knew Richard knew his love of life. Whatever it took to make everyone else smile is what he did.
He is proceeded in death by his father, James Hawkins; Mother, Barbara Hawkins; Brothers, Robert Hawkins and Andy Hawkins; Grandson, Jayden Smith; Special Uncle, Darrell Hicks.
He leaves to morn his Loving Wife of 29 years, Jeanette Hawkins; Five Children, Justin (Nikki) Hawkins of Harlan, Brandon Bo (Sarah) Hawkins of Monticello, Frances (Danielle) Maggard of Loyall, Kayla (Josh) Savage of Washburn TN and Tiffany (Thomas) Hawkins of Loyall. Richard also leaves behind 3 grandchildren of which he thought the world revolved around, Cameron and Zander Hawkins of Harlan and Avery Hawkins of Monticello. Richard also had an upcoming grandchild Carson which he was very excited about. Richard also leaves behind 8 brothers and sisters, Shirley Hill, Tim (Billie) Hawkins, Peggy Hawkins, Deborah (Eddie) Brown, Emily (Tom) Turner, Donnie (Lisa) Hawkins, Ernie (Joey) Hawkins, Becky Hawkins and Flora May Hicks. He had more special friends than you could count that he thought of as his family.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 7, 2021 from 6PM to 8PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Monday, November 8, 2021 also in the Chapel at 1PM with Burial following at Resthaven Cemetery. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
