Polly Ann Couch

Polly Ann Couch, 70, of Evarts, passed away with her family by her side on October 15, 2017. She was born to the late Ernest and Mildred Caudill on May 24,1947. She was a devoted Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She was a member of the Evarts Church of God.
Mrs. Couch is preceded in death by her parents; Daughter, Phyllis Ann Couch; Brothers, Isaac Caudill, Lester Caudill, Burley Johnny and Earnest Caudill Jr.; Sisters, Christine Ford and Gladys Scarborough.
Polly Ann is survived by her loving Husband, Tommy Couch SR.; Sons, Tommy Couch JR of Evarts and Ernest Couch and wife Mary of Evarts; Grandchildren, Joshua Wayne Couch and wife Brittany, Brittany Leann Couch; Great Grandchildren, Braylee Isabella Couch, Jaxon Couch, Arabella Marie Ford and Jhett Couch; Sisters, Ruth Shannon of Maryville, TN, Hazel Shannon of Gary, IN, Mona Caudill of Washington State and Wanda Terry of Alabama; Brothers, Jack Caudill of Verda and Kenneth Caudill of Gary, IN.
Visitation will be Tuesday, October 17, 2017 from 6PM to 8PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, October 18, 2017 at 2PM also in the Chapel with Frank Howard and Steve Sizemore officiating. Burial will follow at the Lewis Cemetery in Putney. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
