Phillip Dennis Sheppard

Phillip Dennis Sheppard, 70 of Harlan, passed away on Wednesday July 19, 2023 at the University of Kentucky Hospital with his family by his side. He was born in Bridgeton, New Jersey on June 10, 1953 to the late Melvin Westcott Sheppard and Alberta Shafer Sheppard.

Mr. Sheppard is preceded in death by his Parents; Son, Phillip Dennis Sheppard Jr. and a Brother, Russell Sheppard.

Phillip is survived by his loving Wife, Tammy Sheppard; Children, Christopher Sheppard and Wife Kayla, Amanda Crabtree and Husband Adam, Hannah Thomas and Husband Tyler and Brittany Rowe and Husband Josh; Grandchildren, Annabelle Sheppard, Athena Sheppard and Danny Phillip Rowe; Sister, Carolyn Cook; Many Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends will also mourn his passing.

Visitation will be Friday, July 28, 2023 from 12PM to 2PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 2PM with burial following at Resthaven Cemetery with Family and Friends serving as pallbearers.
