Mibbie Lou Yeager

Mibbie Lou Yeager, age 81 of Baxter, entered her Heavenly home on Monday January 17, 2022 at Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. She was born January 3, 1941 to the late Willy and Nannie Simpson. She Loved Elvis, country and gospel music, Proud to be born and raised in Wallins, KY, She was even the Commissioner of Wallins, KY.
She is preceded in death by her parents: Willy Simpson and Nannie Johnson Simpson, grandparents Brad and Latisha Simpson, Brothers Bobby, Mitchell, Eugene and Freddie Simpson, Daughter Dorothy Nanette Yeager.
She leaves to cherish her memory her Children: Park Yeager Jr and wife Flora of Georgia, Charlene Yeager of Rosspoint, Sisters Mary Burkhart, Barbara Manis and husband Larry, Grandchildren Batrina, Tiffany and Donovan Yeager, great grandchildren; Hannah Maggard and C.J. Maggard, several nieces and nephews.
Visitation is Friday January 21, 2022 from 5-8 PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral will be Saturday January 22, 2022 at 1 PM with Buddy Simpson officiating. Interment will follow at Simpson Cemetery in Plattsfork, with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
