Mary Elizabeth Miller Lamb, age 85, of Cotes, KY, entered Heavens Eternal Gates on Friday, February 24, 2017 at the home of her daughter Flora Price in Bean Station, TN.
She was of the Pentecostal Faith and was preceded in death by her parents, John and Sarah Wilson Miller; husband, Adam C. Lamb; son and daughter-in-law, Larry and Linda Lamb; son-in-law, William F. Price Sr; grandson, William F. Price Jr.; brothers, Tommy, Earnest, David, Samuel, Harrell, Le-Roy and Luther Miller; sisters, Mable, Magdylena, Samantha and Cathleen Miller, Ruby Weaver and Gladys Lamb.
Survivors include 3 sons, William Lamb of Cotes, Johnny Lamb and wife Vivian of Dartmount, Douglas and wife Frances of River Ridge; 4 daughters, Louise Mattson and husband Robert of Keavey, KY, Flora Price of Bean Station, Jaquata Ireton of Morristown and Penny Partin of Black Joe. Brothers, John Henry (Helen) Miller, Samuel Grant Miller and Walter Ray (Lorraine) Miller. 21 grandchildren, including one she raised, Chasity Lamb, 37 great-grandchildren and 10 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home on Sunday, February 26, 2017 from 5 PM until 8 PM with funeral services being held on Monday, February 27, 2017 at 2 PM in the chapel with the Reverend Paul Dean officiating. Interment will follow in the family cemetery at Cotes.
