Kenneth Jones

Kenneth Daren Jones, 52, of Evarts passed away December 6, 2017 at Harlan ARH hospital. He was born to the late Kenneth Jones and Juanita Burkhart. Kenneth was in the National Guard for 6 years, he loved to collect hot wheels and model train sets and wood working. Kenneth worked in the Coal Mines for 3 years and 25 years in a Saw Mill.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth Jones and Juanita Burkhart.
Mr. Jones is survived by his loving wife, Julie Jones; Children, Derrick Jones and wife Chrystal of Tazewell, TN, Brandon and Fiancé Chelsea Jones of Tazewell, TN, James Jones of Alabama, Meagan and Husband Austin Short of Wise, VA, Trinity Jones of Evarts, Kayla Colinger of Wallins and Erica and Husband Eric Edens of Wallins; Grandchildren, Caleb, Levi, Colton, Kendall, Keaton, Layla, Gaven, Dakota and Kayra; Brothers, Robert Jones of Harrogate, TN; Sisters, Diane and Husband Mark Bibb of Ohio and Debbie Jones of Tazewell, TN. A host of Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation will be Sunday, December 10, 2017 from 10AM till 2PM at Turner Baptist Church in Verda. Funeral Services will follow at 2PM with Jerry Kirby and Joe Howard officiating. Burial will follow in Evarts Memorial Gardens.
