Kathy Phillips

Kathy Vinntta Phillips, 61 of Harlan, passed away on November 30, 2023 at the Harlan Hospital. She was born November 12, 1962 to the late Albert Phillips and Elizabeth Phillips in Harlan.

She is survived by her Daughters, Keyara Phillips and Ariel Michelle Phillips; Son, Rondall Phillips; Brothers, Albert Phillips Jr. and Wife Janie, Robert Phillips, Dallas Phillips, Gary Phillips, Kenneth Phillips and Wife Mary, Curtis Phillips and Jerry Phillips and Wife Debra; Sister, Mary Jackson; A host of Nieces, Nephews and Cousins will also mourn her passing.

Visitation will be on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 12PM to 1PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 1PM with Rev. Albert Phillips Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery with Family and Friends serving as pallbearers.
