Kathleen Potts, 71, of Cawood, KY, passed away Friday, December 18, 2015 at home with her loved ones.
Mrs. Potts was preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd Ball Sr. and Viola Scalf Ball, Son, Obie Middleton, Brothers, Tony Ball, Roscoe Ball, Lloyd Ball, Sisters, Thelma Middleton and Margett Barrios.
She is survived by her loving husband Orman Potts of Harlan, Ky, Children, Twanna (Jimmy) Miles of Kingsport, TN, Jim (Cookie) Middleton of Harlan, KY, Sandy (Wayne) Middleton of Corbin, KY, Lloyd (Samantha) Middleton of Middlesboro,KY, Walter Middleton of Harlan, KY, Clayton(Tracie) Fultz of Harlan, KY, and Tambrala (Derick) Smith of Harlan, KY. Brothers, John Ball of Michigan and Jack Ball of Michigan. Sister, Barbara Lewis of Harlan, KY Anna Lee Muncy of Indiana, and Marsha McQuire of Oklahoma. Grand children, Barry (Myra) Middleton, Michael Middleton, Joey(Aaron) Middleton, Kristie Middleton, Jessica Middleton, Elora Middleton. Great Grandchildren, Shawna Smith, Clayton Fultz, Derick Smith, Gordon Fultz, Breanna Smith, Mason Fultz, Kaily Smith, Stacie Fultz, Breanna Fultz. Great Great Grandchildren, Mason Bush, Damon Middleton, and Gunner Colegrove. Special Son in Law Clayton Fultz and the father of her children, Obie Middleton Jr.
Visitation will be Sunday, December 20, 2015 from 6PM to 8PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant. Funeral service will be Monday, December 21, 2015 at 1PM with Burial following.
