Kathleen Blanton, age 76, passed away November 17,2016 at Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. She was born to the late Millard and Betsann Hoskins in the year 1940.
Kathleen is preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Milton P. Blanton; Son, Earnest Blanton; Brothers, Eugene Hoskins and Jimmy Hoskins; Sisters, Cleo Gentry and Geneva Hamlin. Grandchildren, Dustin Kyle Daniel and Chelsea Leann Daniel.
Mrs. Blanton is survived by her children, Dallas (Sharon) Blanton of Benham, Jerry Blanton of Pathfork, Tracy (Jennifer) Blanton of Limestone, TN, Annett (Jakie) Walker of South Carolina and Dan Walker of Speedwell, TN; Sisters, Racheal (Chester) McCreary of Hulen and Josie (Jim) Lane of Shepherdsville; Granddaughter, Hannah Walker of South Carolina.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 19, 2016 from 6PM to 9PM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Sunday, November 20, 2016 at 2 PM in the Chapel with Freeman Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Stanfill Cemetery.
Pall Bearers will be Jason Blevins, Tim Dean, Ray Jackson, Dewayne Burkhart, Chris Collins and Gill Smith Jr.
