Julia Surber

Julia Surber, 74 of Harlan, passed away on September 12, 2023 at her home with her family by her side. She was born to the late Sterlin And Mary Davis Williams on August 11, 1949. Julia worked at the Harlan Nursing Home in Housekeeping for over 19 years. Her family always came first in her life.

Mrs. Surber is preceded in death by her Parents.

Julia is survived by her loving Husband of 54 years, Stanley Surber; Her two sons who she adored, David Suber and Shawn Surber and Wife Jennifer; Her Grandson, who hung the moon in her eyes, Jacob Surber; Special Nieces, Dora Adams and Rhonda Freeman.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, September 14, 2023 at 1PM at Resthaven Cemetery. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
