Judy Gail Perkins Foley

Judy Gail Perkins Foley, 71 of Cawood, passed away at her home on February 23, 2025. Born January 2, 1954, Judy was the Daughter of the Late Ovie and Mary Perkins and William “Bill” and Josephine Holt. She was a homemaker and loved her family dearly.

Judy is survived by her five Children, Tammy and Husband Timmy Engle of Cawood, Robert and Wife Jamie Smith of Cawood, Shawn Smith of Stanfield, Eric Smith and Girlfriend Summer Blanton of Cawood and Angel Foley of Cawood; She is also survived by her 11 Grandchildren :Myranda & Jimmy Locke, Timothy & Tiffany Engle, Wayne & Chasity Engle, Ashley & Dylan Hicks, Leann Engle & Boy Friend Andrew Middleton, Maliyah Smith, Paxton Middleton, Remmington Smith,  Kimber Smith, Kelsey Smith, and  Aiden Creech, 19 Great Grandchildren: Kirsynn, Bentley, Raelynn, Emmalee, Timmy, Hannah, CJ , EJ, Anistyn, Macy, Wayne Jr., Jordan, Ashton, Maddison, Delilah, Delainey, Everleigh, Paislee and Ellie.

Judy’s kindness and humor touched the lives of many. Though she is gone, her legacy of love and laughter will live on in the hearts of those she left behind.

A celebration of Judy’s life will be held privately by the family. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Harlan County Animal Shelter in Judy’s name. 

Goodbyes are not forever; goodbyes are not the end. They simply mean I’ll miss you, until we meet again.
