Mrs. Joyce Ann Fields

Joyce Fields, 68, of Cawood, passed away on August 22, 2022. She was born to the late Hiram and Bessie Stepp Brewer in Harlan on September 21, 1953. She worked for the Unemployment Office for 27 years until she retired. She was a member of Riverside Church of God in Cawood.

Joyce is preceded in death by her loving husband of 41 years, Raymond Fields; Brothers, John Brewer, Jim Brewer, and Wife Linda, Frank Brewer and Norman Edward Brewer and Wife Elsie; Sisters, Georgie May Cain, and Husband Joe and Nancy Greene and Husband Hubert; Brother-in-law, Charles Greene.

Left to cherish her memory are her Children, Ray Fields and Wife, Tara and Michelle Fields Jenkins and Husband James; Sister, Marie Greene; Grandchildren, Asija Coots, Raymond Kenneth Fields III, Maverick Fields, Brayden Osborne, Abrianna Osborne, Jessie Michelle Jenkins, Kimberly Jenkins; Special sisters-in-law, Sharon Dean and Husband Pete, Pam Brewer and Virgie Brewer; Special friends, Joyce Buell, Karen Anderson and a host of nieces and nephews also survive.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 27, 2022, from 4 PM until 8 PM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral services for Mrs. Fields will be held on Sunday, August 28, 2022, at 2 PM in the chapel, with the Reverend Franklin Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at Fields Cemetery in Cawood, KY, with Ray Fields, Hiram Fields, Jacob Muncy, Ken Greene, and Charles Greene serving as pallbearers.
