John Daniel Joseph, 46, of Harlan, passed away February 1, 2017 at Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center. He was a former employee of Dons and Macks. He was a graduate of Harlan Idependent High School. He graduated from Vocational School and was a certified mechanic. He was born January 25, 1971 to the late Cleve and Hazel Joseph.
Mr. Joseph is preceded in death by his parents and Brother in law Douglas Wilson.
John is survived by the Mother of his Children, Joanne Joseph; Children, John Daniel Joseph Jr., Jeremiah Lee Joseph, Johnathon Luke Joseph and Josie Danielle Joseph all of Harlan; Brothers, James (Rene) Joseph of Hyden, Gil Smith Jr. of Harlan; Sisters, Martha Jane (Robbie) Pack, Carolyn (Lloyd) Thompson, Nellie Witt all of Harlan; A Sister in Law, Racheal Wilson of Harlan, A host of nieces, nephews and friends. Best Friends David “Bug” Hensley and Terry Hyatt.
Visitation will be Friday, February 3, 2017 From 5-9 PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday at 2PM also in the Chapel with Reverend Darrell Turner officiating. Burial will be in Pennington Memorial Gardens. Honorary Pallbearers are, Lloyd Thompson and Jr., David ‘Bug’ Hensley, Carl Ed Giles, Robert Kinder and Dan Mccoy Witt; Active Pallbearers will be Teddy Thompson, Alex Hyatt, James Joseph, Gil Smith, Daniel Osborne, Patrick Dewayne Jones and Robert Lee Jones.
