Jim Bill Bull, 71, passed away Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital with his family members gathered around him.
A great loss will be detected. He is preceded in death by his Parents, William David and Lola Bull, nephew, Floyd Elex Ball Jr., and his In-Laws, Edward and Nancy Wilburn.
He is Survived by his wife of nine years Elizabeth A. Bull (Wilburn), the light of his life, his daughter Bethany Bull and Karen Hall, Brothers, Ricky Bull of Stanfill,KY, Eddie Bull of Illinois, Gary Bull of Dalton, GA, Sisters, Linda ball of Stanfill, KY, Kay (Barney) Gibson of Morristown, TN, Phyllis (the late Gerald) Smith of Stanfill, KY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and special brother in laws and sister in laws. Jim received an honorable discharge from the United States Army, he was also a retired coal miner. Jim was a very special man and he helped others in any way he could and let himself go. Jim’s past times were playing guitar, singing, fishing, bluegrass music and being entertained by his daughter Bethany. He left a broken body to be made whole again in Heaven.
Visitation will be Friday, December 18, 2015 at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home Chapel from 6PM to 8PM. Funeral Services will be Saturday December 19, 2015 at 11AM in the Chapel with Dillard Stanley officiating and a special speaker, Wesley Johnson. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery with Military Honors conducted by the Honor Guard.
