Jack Ray Webb, age 69, of Catrons Creek, KY passed away July 10, 2014 at his home following a long illness. He was born August 8, 1944 to the late Dorothy and Andy Webb. He was a retired coal miner from Jerico Mining and believed in the Christian faith. Jack was an avid lottery player and loved old cars.
Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his brothers, Roger Webb, Rome Webb, sister Ned Baker, and son-in-law, Earl F. Jones, brother in law, Earl Madon and sisters in law, Ann Engle and Rose Nell Mitchell.
Left to mourn his passing is his wife of 46 years, Hettie Madon Webb; children: Linda Jones of Sunny Acres, Jack (Robin) Webb, Jr. of Wallins, Michelle (Randy) Belcher of Wallins, grandchildren: Hettie Amanda Lynne, Scott Matthew Jack, Emily, Sasha, D.J., and Tiffany; great grandchildren: Bryson, Kayleigh, Keigan Evan Ray, Avaria, Kylee, Rayce; brothers, Toby Webb, Junior Webb, sisters: Ann Rigney, Bessie Wyrick and a special friend who was like a brother to him, Marty Sage.
Visitation will be Saturday, July 12 from 5 to 8 and Sunday, July 13 from 5 to 7PM at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral will follow on Sunday at 7PM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant with the Reverends Robert and Chuck Keith officiating. Entombment will be at Resthaven Cemetery with Scott Short, D.J. Creech, Randy Belcher, Josh Shanks, Marty Sage and Jeremy Madon serving as pallbearers.
