Jack Caudill, age 77 of Evarts, passed away Wednesday January 19, 2022 at Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. He was born May 24, 1944 to the late Ernest and Mildred Caudill.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Ernest Caudill and Mildred Strickland Caudill, son Jeffery Caudill, Brothers: Burley, Lester, Ernest Jr., Isaac Caudill, Sisters: Gladys Scarborough, Christine Ford, Polly Ann Couch, Wanda Terry, and son in law Verlan Madden, and 4 great grandchildren in Heaven.
Jack leaves to cherish his memory his Daughters; Jackie Madden of Evarts, Gail Risner and husband Steve of Evarts, Angel Williams of Florida, Siblings: Kenneth Caudill of Indiana, Hazel Shannon of Indiana, Ruth Shannon of TN, Mona Joyner of WA, brother in law Coburn Williams, Grandchildren: Jonathan Grogan of Evarts, Nicole (Curt) Warman of IN, Zack (Merisa) Aslinger of Evarts, Trisha (Mikey) Smith of Harlan, Cobrianna (Tyler) of Evarts, Best friend and Mother of 3 of his children Alice Miniard, Great Grandchildren: Parker Warman of IN, Emma Jocelyn and Aubrey Aslinger of Evarts, Rayanna, Gunner, Ava Smith of Harlan, Noah Risner of Evarts, a host of Nieces, nephews, family and friends.
