Icie Calloway

Icie Calloway, age 100, of Wallins Creek, KY passed away July 15, 2015 at her home surrounded by family. She was born June 25, 1915 at Smith, KY. She was retired from the Daniel Boone Clinic.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Charlie Calloway, Sr., and her sweet children, Coleida Campbell, Icie Kirby, and Charlie Calloway, Jr.

She is survived by her loving children Sudie Baker and Clara Howard of Nashville, TN, and Ted and wife, Kay, Calloway of Wallins Creek, KY, 14 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.

Many cherished memories will remain to be shared for those who loved her. She will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be Friday, July 17 from 6 to 9pm at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral will be Saturday, July 18 in the chapel of Mount Pleasant. Burial will follow at Harlan Memorial Gardens, Tremont, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
