Henry Clay Napier

Henry Clay Napier, 85, of Ewing, VA. Went home to be with the Lord on Monday January 27th, 2020 after a long illness.
He was preceded in death by his Mother Sally Napier and his Father Jerry Napier, sisters Ada Lankford, Connie June Osborne and brothers Burley Napier, Charlie Napier and Lloyd Napier.
He leaves behind to mourn his passing his long, time wife of 63 years, Shirley Sue Napier of Ewing, VA. A Brother Fred Napier of Walbash, IN, Oscar Burkhart and wife Barbara of Smyrna, TN, and a sister Ruth Jones of Nashville, TN. His children including four sons: Randall Clay Napier of Ewing, VA, Andrew Alan Napier of Ewing, VA, Oscar Ray Napier and wife Joan of Jonesville, VA and Tommy Wayne Napier of Nashville, TN and three daughters: Sandra Kay Napier and husband Bryan of Crossville, AL, Judy Lynn Daniels and husband Carl of Cranks, KY, Janice Ann Daniels of Cranks, KY, thirteen grandchildren including April Allen and husband Robert of Cawood, Kelli Noe of Harlan, KY, Randy Napier of Nashville, TN, Steven Napier and Kayla Napier of Nashville, TN, Michael Lasley and Christopher Lasley of Jonesville, VA, Maurice Rickett of Harlan, KY, Megan Haynes of Cranks, KY, Tabitha Saylor and husband James of Cranks, Amanda, Carden and Laney of Elizabethton, TN. Heather Girton of Corbin, KY, Bradley Daniels and Summer of Evarts, KY, twenty two Great grandchildren and a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday January 29, 2020 from 1 to 3 PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 3 PM also in the Chapel with Kenny Clem officiating. Interment will follow in the Day Jackson Cemetery in Cranks, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
