Helen Louise Morris, 76, of Evarts, passed away March 31, 2020 at Harlan ARH. She was born to the late Arthur Rains and Violet Jackson Rains on July 21, 1943.
Ms. Morris is preceded in death by her Parents; First Husband, Kas Jackson Rouse; Second Husband, Robert Lee Morris; Sons, Jack Rouse and Tracy Rouse; Sisters, Betty Sams and Phyllis Sumner.
Helen is survived by her Children, Darrell Rouse and Violet Foley and Husband John; Daughter in Law, Dorothy Rouse; Sisters, Gloria Leclair and Husband Dewayne and Judy Peel and Husband Al; Grandchildren, John, Matthew, Mark, Bobbie Joe Tindell, Tracy Arthur Rouse and wife Kim and Cassie Dotsun and Husband John; Several Grandchildren; A host of nieces and Nephews, Family and Friends.
Due to Governor Andy Beshear’s Executive Order, given on March 17, 2020, and based on the CDC recommendations to decrease the spread of Covid-19, all services for Ms. Helen Morris will be Private.
Burial will be at Resthaven Cemetery.
