Hazel Couch, age 92 of Bledsoe, passed away July 1, 2017 at Harlan Health and Rehabilitation surrounded by her family. She was born February 24, 1925 to the late Manzo and Martha Surgener.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Frank Couch, and her daughter Joanne Couch Miniard. She leaves to mourn her passing her son in law Don Miniard, Grandchildren: Melissa Taylor, Jeffery Miniard, Amy Brake, Dustin Miniard, a host of great grandchildren and Great Great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday July 5, 2017 from 12-2 pm, Funeral Service will follow at 2 pm in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home with the reverends Nathan Boggs and Eugene Harris officiating. Interment will follow in the Huff Couch Cemetery in Bledsoe, KY. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
