Harvey Herron SR

Harvey Herron Sr, 75, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2017 at the Harlan ARH hospital. Harvey was born on December 6, 1941 in Louellen, Kentucky, to the late Homer and Nellie Herron. Harvey is a U.S. Army Veteran and believed in the Pentecostal Faith.
He is preceded in death by his parents Homer and Nellie Herron and a Sister Sarah Coker.
Harvey leaves to mourn his passing his loving wife Imogene Herron, his children Harvey Herron Jr. of Evarts, Nellie Herron of Cloversplint, Charles Randy Herron and wife Charlotte of Union County, TN, Sharon Kay Thomas and husband Walter of Harlan and Robin Napier of Dawsonville GA. Grandchildren, Elizabeth Nicole Herron of Evarts, Menzie lynn Farley of Cloversplint. Joseph Daniel Roark and wife Brittney of Evarts, Albert JL Farley of Cloversplint, Marty Roberts and wife Brittany of Union County, TN, Nicolas Randall Herron of Union County TN, Charles Thomas of Harlan, James Thomas of Cumberland. Daniel and Billy Hensley of Flower Branch, GA. Great Grandchildren James Michael Herron of Evarts and Alexas Roberts of Union County TN.
Visitation will be in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home in Harlan, Kentucky on Thursday January 19, 2017 from 5pm to 9 pm and also on Friday January 20, 2017 from 5 pm to 9 pm. Funeral will be Saturday January 21, 2017 at 2 pm also in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home with Bill Moore and Don Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the Cotes Cemetery in Cotes, KY. Evarts and Yocum Creek Fire Departments will serve as pallbearers.
