Mr. Harmon Burkhart

Mr. Harmon Burkhart, age 72 of Coldiron, KY passed away on Monday, March 28, 2016 at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital.
He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 52 years, Irene Burkhart; parents, Bentley Burkhart and Latisha (Tishie) Blevins Burkhart; brother, JM Burkhart; sisters, Nora Blevins, Frances Saylor and Alley Nagy.
Left to mourn his passing are his children; Ronald Burkhart, Katrina (Charles) Dobrovolny, Sandra Burkhart (Rafael Rivera), Harmon (Amy) Burkhart and Tabitha (Wayne) Burkhart-Wilson. Brothers; Sylus Burkhart, Earl Burkhart, Charles Burkhart, Levi Burkhart and one sister; Sylvia Griffin.
Grandchildren; Joshua Rivera, Rafael Rivera Jr, Noel Rivera, Sarina Pekovic, Zachery Pekovic, Maximus Burkhart, Kayla Burkhart, Cameron Burkhart and Maysen Wilson. One great grandson, Myles Rivera also survives.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 31, 2016 from 6PM until 8PM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services for Mr. Burkhart will be held on Friday, April 1, 2016 in the Chapel at 11AM with the Rev. Jack Carmichael officiating. Interment will follow at the Laymons Cemetery in Coldiron, KY with friends and family serving as pallbearers.
