Mrs. Goldie Middleton

Mrs. Goldie Middleton, age 93, of Bledsoe, KY, made her journey to Heaven on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, with her family by her side.
Mrs. Middleton was born on November 6, 1928, to the late James Huff and Elizabeth Napier Huff. A homemaker, Goldie loved church and gardening and was a faithful member of the Bledsoe Church of God for 61 years.
Also preceding Mrs. Middleton in death was her loving husband, Tom Middleton; sons, Tommy Allen Middleton, Roger Dale Middleton, James L. Middleton; daughter, Betty Bailey; brothers, Kenneth Huff Jr., Bill Huff, Richard Huff; sisters, Etta Belle Boggs, Tressie Boggs, Martha Middleton, Pauline Merrill, son-in-law, Randy Bailey, and daughter-in-law, Vicky Brock.
Left to mourn Mrs. Middleton's passing are her daughter, Glenda Creech, and husband Kermit; sisters, Jane Shell, Nancy Belcher, and Dorothy Ward and a special grandson she raised as her own, Phillip Shepherd. Ten grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren, eighteen great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends also survive.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 23, 2022, after 2PM at the Pine Mountain Church of God. Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, July 24, 2022, at 12 noon, with the Reverends Kermit Creech, Winfred Causey, and Jim Huff officiating. Interment will follow at the Huff Cemetery in Bledsoe, KY.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
