Gladys “June” Shepherd, 76 of Bledsoe, passed away with her loving family by her side on February 16, 2022 at her home. She was born to the late Robert and Ellen Simpson Caldwell on March 22, 1945.
Mrs. Shepherd is preceded in death by her Parents; Brothers, Julius Caldwell and Jerry Caldwell; Sisters, Gail Caldwell, Jan Schultz and Teresa Caldwell.
June is survived by her loving Husband of 56 years, Charles Shepherd; Children, Mike Shepherd and Wife Kim of Richmond, Charles Shepherd and Wife Jennifer of Wallins, Brandon Shepherd and Wife Darla of Bledsoe and Renee Shepherd of Richmond; Eleven Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren; Brother, Milton Caldwell and Wife Dee of Bledsoe; Sister, Lisa Brock and Husband Charlie of Crossville, TN; Brother In Law, Irv Shultz; Sister In Law, Eulain Caldwell; Special Friends, Judy Noah, Diane Frazier and Mary Ann Conley.
Visitation will be Sunday, February 20, 2022 from 12PM to 2PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will begin at 2PM also in the Chapel with Pastor Roland “Bo” Lee officiating. Burial will follow in Harlan Memorial Gardens with Grandsons and Nephews serving as pallbearers.
