George Gilbert Hensley Jr., age 56 of Harlan, passed away suddenly at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital on Thursday June 7, 2018. He was born February 15, 1962 to George Hensley Sr. and Berdina Blanton Hensley.
He is preceded in death by his father George Hensley Sr.
He leaves to mourn his passing his loving mother Berdina Hensley, children Georgetta Gross and husband Mike of Harlan, Christa Farley and husband Chris of Harlan, a brother Stanley Hensley and wife Kathy of Louisville, KY, Grandchildren: Zach, Angel, Bella, Skye, Braxton, Bobby Lee and a host of nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Saturday June 9, 2018 in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home from 10 AM-12 PM, funeral service will follow at 12 PM with the reverend Willard Shoupe officiating. Interment will be at the Pace hill cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
