Genevieve Aker

Genevieve Aker, 77 of Coldiron, passed away on May 13, 2022 at Baptist Heath Hospital in Corbin. She was born to the late Charlie and Clara Blanton Saylor on March 3, 1945.
Mrs. Aker is preceded in death by her Parents; Brothers, JC Saylor, Dorsel Saylor and Jerry Saylor and a Sister, Shelby Jean Roy.
Genevieve is Survived by her loving Husband, Joe Aker; Children, David Aker and Wife Judy and Michelle Travillian and Husband Thomas; Grand Children, Michael Aker, Matthew Aker, Jacob Aker, Kayla Ellis and Husband Bradley and Nicole Travillian; Great Grandchildren, Alecia Aker, Samuel Aker and Madelyn Aker; Sisters, Nadine Saylor, Norma Conway and Phyllis Bryant; Several Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends will also mourn her passing.
Visitation will be Monday, May 16, 2022 from 12PM to 2PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2PM also in the Chapel. Burial will be at Laymon Cemetery in Coldiron with Family and Friends serving as pallbearers.
