Francis Williams

Francis Williams, age 89 of Rio Vista passed away peacefully on Tuesday July 31, 2018 at home. She was born October 16, 1928 to the late George and Florence Kelly. She was a homemaker and a member of the Sunshine Church of God.
She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Elbert Williams; Sons, Ronald and Donald Williams; Siblings Clayton Kelly, Richard Kelly, Amily Sullivan, Nora Boreing, Kathleen Simpson, and Charlene Kelly; Grandchildren, April Williams and Carrie Williams.
Francis leaves to mourn her passing her loving Children, Earl Williams and wife Glenda, Velma Williams and Annette Williams; Grandchildren Donnie Williams, Jason Williams and Wife Melissa, Earl Williams Jr., Dorothy Birman and Husband Tim, and David Reynolds; Ten Great Grandchildren and Two Great-Great Grandchildren; Sister, Janice Miracle and Husband Ernie.
Visitation will be Friday August 3, 2018 in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home from 6-8 PM. Funeral service will also be in the chapel on Saturday August 4, 2018 at 1PM. Interment will follow in the Whitestar Cemetery with Jason Williams, Donnie Williams, Earl Williams Jr., Matt Williams, Lidge Williams, Dale Williams Jr., Tim Birman.
