Etta Boggs

Etta Boggs, age 86, passed away on June 17, 2017 at Britthaven surrounded by her family. Etta was born October 1, 1930 to the late Jim and Elizabeth Huff.

Mrs. Boggs is preceded in death by her parents, her husband George Boggs, grandson, James Steven and a son in law Tim Moore. She is survived by her children James Matt and wife Joanne Boggs, Mike and wife Marie Boggs, Kay and husband Annamalai Moore, Sisters: Jane, Goldie, Tressie, Nancy and Dorothy, Grandchildren: Wesley, Terri and Jerry, and a host of Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews and she was loved by all.

Visitation will be on Monday June 19, 2017 from 5-8 pm in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be on Tuesday June 20, 2017 at 1 pm also in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home with the Reverends Darrell Turner, Kermit Creech, Mike Brashears and Ken Smith Officiating. Interment will follow in the Huff Cemetery. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
