Emily was born on May 6, 2022, and was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Doris & Troy Starks; great-great-grandparents, Orman & Kathleen Potts; great-grandpa Ed Sparkman; and great -grandpa Obie Middleton III,
Left to mourn her passing are her parents, Gordon Fultz and Marlena Sparkman; brothers, Bentley Ryan Fultz, Gordon Junior Carson Fultz; sister, Gracelynn Lily Paige Fultz; grandparents, Tracie Starks-Fultz and Clayton Tony Fultz Jr., Laketa and Eddie Sparkman; great-grandparents, Twanna and Jimmy Miles, Ladona Sparkman; great-great-grandparents, James and Kathaleen Crockett; uncles, Clayton Tony Fultz, Jason Haynes, Mason Fultz; aunts, Alexis Nichole Holand, Stacie Lynn Fultz, Breanna Fultz, Cheyenne Gray-Fultz; great-uncles; Jason Fultz and Jeff and Kathy Fultz and cousin, Maria Carroll.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home, with funeral services following at 4:00 PM with the Reverend Franklin Stewart officiating. Interment will follow at Middleton-Fultz cemetery at Cawood, KY.
