Edith Engle, 96, of Grays Knob, passed away November 18, 2019 at Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. She was born to the late Charlie and Abbie Middleton Mitchell on June 15, 1923.
Mrs. Engle is preceded in death by her Parents; Son, Ott Engle; Sisters, Jenny, Chloe, Ima Jean, Elaine, Margie and Myrtle; Brothers, Walter, Tom and Oscar.
Edith is survived by her Children, James Engle, Billy Engle and Wife Loretta and Sharon Smith and Husband Ronald; Brother, Johnny Mitchell of Illinois; Sister, Anna Sue Boggs; 15 Grandchildren and Several Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces, Nephews, Family and Friends also mourn her passing.
Visitation will be Thursday, November 21, 2019 from 12PM to 2:30 PM with Funeral Services beginning at 2:30 PM all in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home with Nick Noe officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery.
