Earl Edward Fultz, SR., 95 of Wallins, passed away peacefully at ARH Harlan Hospital on January 7, 2025, from pneumonia.
Mr. Fultz was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Bessie Lorene Fultz; his two sons, Patrick and Earl Fultz, JR., a granddaughter, Rachel Burns and sons-in-law, Daniel Burns and Chandler James.
Earl is survived by his two daughters, Pamela Burns and Sharon James; grandchildren, Katherine Burns, Brian Fultz, Kelsey Belcher (Brandon) and great grandchildren, Tristan Kelly, Gabriel Burns and Levi Belcher.
Earl was retired from the United States Marine Corps and served in both the Korea and Vietnam Wars. Earl would say that his proudest achievement was his family and his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He loved to go fishing and was an avid coin collector, he loved to sit on his porch and recycle wire and other items.
Left to mourn his passing are many other relatives and friends.
The family of Mr. Earl Fultz will receive family and friends at Mount Pleasant Funeral Home on Saturday, January 18, 2025 from 11 AM until 1 PM. Funeral service will follow at 1 PM. The Harlan Honor Guard will provide military rites for Mr. Earl Fultz.
