Doyle Bledsoe

Doyle Bledsoe, 92 of Rosspoint, slipped into eternity on October 15, 2024 at his home following a brief illness. He was a retired coal miner and a retired truck driver. He held many titles in his life. To name a few; son, husband, dad, brother, and uncle. But his favorite was being a paps to his many grandchildren. He was also a member of Immanuel Baptist church.

 He is preceded in death by his Mother and Father, Nettie Ellis Bledsoe and Coy Bledsoe; Son, Coy Bledsoe Sr.; Brothers, Carlos Bledsoe, Eldon Bledsoe and Jerry Bledsoe. Doyle is survived by his loving Wife of 65 years, Carol Bledsoe; Daughters, Debbie Bledsoe and Serena Bledsoe; Grandchildren, Coy Bledsoe Jr. and wife Sherry, Tiffany Cox and Husband Rick, Destiny Bledsoe (Lee Shuler), Trevor Bledsoe and Wife Charlotte and Joy Miranda (Kenneth Purvis); Great Grandchildren, CJ Bledsoe, Serissa Cox, Sienna Cox, Ellyonna Cox, Michael Bledsoe, Dawson Estes, Lorenza Tolliver, Giavanna Tolliver and Rayne Miranda; Brother, Darrell Bledsoe and wife Dora; Special Friend, Alli Owens; Several Nieces, Nephews, family and friends will also mourn his passing.

Visitation for Mr. Bledsoe will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024 from 5PM until 8PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at 12PM also in the Chapel with Arnold Martin and Martin Bledsoe officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery with Rick C Cox, Rick J Cox, Derek Gross, Skip Cooper, Lee Shuler and Derek Snyder serving as pallbearers. The family would like to say a special thank you to Hospice of the Bluegrass for all of their help and kindness during this time.
