Dorothy Faye Couch, age 81 of Baxter, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Monday September 23, 2019. She was born February 20, 1939 to the late Elihu and Mary Bailey. She believed in the Baptist Faith.
She is preceded in death by her parents Elihu and Mary Fultz Bailey, daughters Debra Jackson and Sandra Couch, sisters Ann Steppe and Hetta Mae Sargent.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children: Tressa Adams and husband Carl of Culpeper, VA, Lisa Couch of Evarts, Roger Couch and wife Betty of Cranks, Brothers Aubrey Bailey of Cranks and Elihu Bailey Jr of Harlan, sisters Jean cooper and husband Sherman of Cranks and Polly Bailey of Harlan, 13 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews.
All services will be private.
