Mr. Donald Lewis

Mr. Donald Lewis, age 71 of Totz, KY entered his heavenly home on Sunday, June 19, 2016 at the Pineville Community Hospital.
Mr. Lewis was a Board Member, Deacon and Elder of the Putney Bible Church and an avid Kentucky Wildcats Fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents Dewey and Mellie Lewis, brother; Berry Lewis and sister, Ophie Crase.
Left to mourn his passing is his wife of 50 years, Shirley Lewis and his loving children; Steven Donald (Melinda) Lewis, Sherry Denise (Woody) Hartlove and Stella Darlene (Marty) Byrd. Granddaughters; Stephanie Lynn and Leeanna Grace. Brothers; Lloyd Lewis, Paul Lewis, Harrison Lewis and Forest Lewis. Aunts; Oma Lewis, Annie Miniard, Ineda Howard and Freda Price.
Visitation for Mr. Lewis will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at the Putney Bible Church from 6 PM until 9 PM. Funeral Services will be held at the church on Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at 2 PM with Pastor Clay Groves, Pastor Dale Metcalfe and Pastor Rodney Freeman officiating. Interment will follow in the Ball Cemetery at Rhea, KY.
Friends and family will serve as pallbearers.
