Denny Mullins

Denny Mullins, 73, of Nolansburg, KY walked through Heaven’s door on Wednesday morning May 29, 2024  after a short and courageous battle with Multiple Myeloma. He crossed with his family by his side.

You are our Hero.

He leaves behind his beloved wife and soulmate of 38 years, Susie Mullins.  From their beautiful love story they were blessed with his pride and joy, a son Matthew (Heather) and his daughter, Ashley (Eli). On November 30, 2022 came his greatest blessing, the apple of his eye, his grandson, Samson.  He leaves behind a host of beloved family and friends. To know him was to love him. 

In the words of his family:

Ashley- “Dad, you are the best person I’ve ever known in my life and my childhood was great because of you.”

Matt- “Dad is not only the best Dad in the world, he’s my best friend.” 

Susie- “My life was filled and blessed with so much love, happiness, and joy for 40 years.  Thank you for loving me.  I will miss you forever and love you forever until I see you again.  This is not goodbye, but see you later.  There will never be another you.  Your life was your testimony.”

A celebration of life service will be held Friday, July 19, 2024 from 1PM to 3PM at Camp Blanton. We hope you join us in sharing a funny story, a favorite memory and a meal with our family to honor this wonderful life.
