David Mack Howard

David Mack Howard of Watts Creek, Kentucky, age 65, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, July 15^th, 2023, with his loving family by his side. Born May 14, 1958, David resided in Harlan County all his life. He had been a coal miner.

Mr. Howard is preceded in death by his parents Mack and Mary Jewel Howard and his mother-in-law, Mary Mullins Hunt.

Left to mourn his passing is his wife of 23 years Cynthia Howard; three daughters, Crystal Wright (James), Priscella Howard and Donielle Matthews Gross; eight grandchildren, Landon, Logan, Luke, Cameron, Caysen, Noah, Gabriel and Ashley; sisters-in- law, Sherry Noe and Heather Mefford; special friends Steven Robbins and Ruby Schroeter, as well as a host of cousins, nephews and nieces to mourn his passing.

Family will receive friends in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home on Monday, July 17, 2023, from 5 Pm until 7 PM. Funeral Services for Mr. Howard will be held in the chapel on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, at 1 PM. Interment will follow at the Mullins Cemetery in Putney, KY with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
