Christine Middleton

Christine Middleton, 73 of Harlan, passed away January 16, 2022 at Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. She was born to the Late Robert E. Lee and Mary Lee on May 26, 1948.
Mrs. Middleton is preceded in death by her Parents; Brother, Claude Lee; Brother in law, Clifford Seagraves
Christine is survived by her Husband, Everett Middleton; Son, Everett Middleton Jr; Daughters, Melissa Shumate and Husband Freamon of Indiana and Theresa Helton and Husband Walter of Cranks; Brothers, Robert E. Lee Jr. and Wife Caroline of Smith, Clifford Lee and Wife Lovelynn of Pathfork and Carl Edward Lee of Michigan; Sisters, Francine Ealy and Husband Tony of Pathfork, Brenda Seagraves of Michigan and America Graves and husband William of Michigan; Grandchildren, Dixie LeAnn Storrs and Husband Andrew of Michigan, Whitley Jean Shumate, Christopher Scott Middleton, Ashley Bumgardner and Husband William, Regina Smith and Husband Brian, Karen Ealy and Husband James, Ellie Howard and husband Michael, Brooke Middleton and Anna Middleton; 28 Great Grandchildren and a host of other family and friends will also mourn her passing.
Visitation will be in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home on Thursday January 20, 2022 from 11-1 PM with funeral services following. Interment will be at Hensley Cemetery in Smith with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
