Charles Turner, 77, of Harlan, Ky passed away Sunday December, 13, 2015 at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. He was a Retired U.S. Army Veteran.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Minter and Blanche Turner, Sister, Betty Turner and Brothers, Jack Turner and John L. Turner.
He is survived by his Children, Kimberly Sue (Clarence) Jenkins of Maryville, TN, Della Mae (Neil) Fowler of Greentown, IN, Nina Nicole (Andrew) Sperling of Fisherville, KY. Brother, Bobby Joe Turner of Michigan. Sisters, Della M Rush of Ohio, Ollie Sutton of Ky, and Peggy Mae Napier of TN. Special “Sister” Niece, Teresa (Leon) Gibbons. Grandchildren, Jason Jenkins, Justin Jenkins, Amber Jenkins, Savannah (Andrew) Craig, Hunter Fowler, Chloe McMurray, and Kylee Sperling, also 8 Great Grandchildren.
Family and Friends are invited to the Portal , Friday December 18, 2015 from 8AM to 9AM for time of remembrance. Graveside will be at the Kentucky Veteran North East Cemetery in Grayson, Ky, Friday at 1PM.
