Carol Howard

Carol Howard, 75 of Bardstown, formerly of Harlan, passed away on August 21, 2023. She was born to the late Cecil Loyd “C.L.” and Nellie Varney Miller on January 15, 1948 in Pike County.

Ms. Howard is preceded in death by her Parents; Husband, Harold Wayne Howard and Brothers, Leon Miller and Paul David Miller.

Carol is survived by her Daughters, Angela Carpenter and Husband Brad, Amy Leffew and Husband Marshall and Amber Hellard and Husband Jimmy; Grandchildren, Amanda Zurita and Husband Danny, Autumn Hardy, Xander Leffew, Aiden Leffew, Dylan Hatcher and Jacob Hellard; Great Grandchildren, Easton, Liam, Carter and Koraline; Sister, Karen Sue Reed and Husband Charles; Mother In Law, Ineda Howard; Brother In Law, Leon Howard and Wife Teresa; Sister In Laws, Vickie Rhymer and Husband Rob and Sandy Miller. Several family members and friends will also mourn her passing.

Visitation will be held on Friday August 25, 2023 from 5M to 8PM in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Saturday, August 26, 2023 beginning at 11AM also in the Chapel with James Forrester officiating. Burial will follow at Resthaven Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
