Carlos Lively

Carlos Edward Lively, age 75, of Harlan passed away peacefully surrounded by family Friday August 6, 2021. He was born August 1, 1946 to the late Luther and Linnie Lively. He was a Coal Miner most of his life. He is preceded in death by his Father Luther Lesco Lively, Mother Linnie Jenkins Lively, grandchildren Josh Thomas and Philip Thomas. Carlos leaves to cherish his memory a daughter Charlotte Stewart and husband Tommy of Lexington, Brother Andy Lively and wife Nancy of Harlan, Sisters Sarah Hammonds and Rebecca Smith both of Harlan, Grandson Scotty Stewart of Indiana, a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be Monday August 9, 2021 from 12-2 at the Church of God in Baxter Funeral service will follow with Darrell Turner officiating. Interment will follow at Park Howard Cemetery with family and friends serving as pallbearers. Those attending the services are asked to wear a Mask or face covering.
