Carl Saylor

Mr. Carl Jay Saylor, age 59 of Molus, KY passed away on May 29, 2016 following a long illness at the Harlan Appalachian Regional Hospital. He was born, February 5, 1957 in Pineville, KY and believed in the Holiness Faith.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Helen Marie Saylor; parents, Otto and Helen Ward Saylor; sisters, Ada Lou Saylor and Minnie Saylor; brothers, Jack, Morris and Clark Saylor.

He is survived by his loving wife of 41 years, Cinda Helton Saylor; children, Carl Jason Saylor, Rhonda Saylor Pacholewski (Mike), Karen Saylor Miniard (Randy), Brandon Saylor (Michelle) and Tony Saylor (Leslie), all whom are from Molus, KY.

Also surviving is a grandson whom he raised as his own, Ryan Saylor (Deborah) of Molus, KY; a sister who was like his second mother, Gladys Hatfield of Stanfill, KY; brothers, George Saylor and Lonnie Ted Saylor (Barbara) of Molus, KY.
Grandchildren, Ryan, Megan, Randy, Carl Michael, Latoya, Madison, Ashley, Kaitlyn, Adin, Hailie, Landen, Andrew, Amberly and Jasmine; all of Molus, KY.

A host of nieces and nephews, family and friends that he loved dearly also, survive.

Family will receive friends in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 from 6 PM until 9 PM and again on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 from 6 PM Until 9 PM.

Funeral Services for Mr. Saylor will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 2 PM in the chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home with the Reverends Freeman Clark and Carl Eldridge officiating. Interment will follow in the Saylor Cemetery at Molus, KY.
