Brenda Ritchie, age 61, passed away Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard on Friday November 26, 2021. She was born May 18, 1960 in Knott County.
She is preceded in death by her father Rosevelt Ritchie, a son Herbert Napier, brothers Harold Ritchie, David Little a nephew Brandon Nantz.
Brenda leaves to cherish her memory her daughters Melissa Cooper and husband Gary of Leslie County, Chassy Colwell and husband John of Ravenna Ohio, Sons Shane Brock and wife Ashley and Earl Brock, Brothers Eddie little, Jr. Sandlin and wife Robin, John Ritchie and wife Susie, sister Joann Nantz and husband Roscoe, grandchildren: Alyssa Napier, James Napier, Jacob Cooper, Matthew Cooper, Kaylee Cooper, Carolyn Cooper, Jeremy Smallwood, Amorah Colwell, great grandchild Jason Burkhart, special nephew Shannon Nantz, host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Visitation will be Tuesday December 7, 2021 from 5 to 8 in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be Wednesday December 8, 2021 at 1 PM. Interment will follow in Napier Cemetery in Leslie County with family and friends serving as pallbearers.
