Brenda Lou Blanton Rouse

Brenda Lou Blanton Rouse, 75, passed away on June 26, 2023 at Harlan ARH.

She is preceded in death by her Parents, Byrd and Lucinda Blanton; Daughter, Tina Noe; Grandchildren, C.J. Noe and Hailey Noe; Brother, Harry Blanton; Sisters, Lena Hensley, Berdina Hensley, Mary Mulligan and Sherry Smith; Son In Law, Scott Powell.

Brenda is survived by her Daughters, Hazel Colinger of Harlan, Haysetta Powell of Dayton, OH and Randi Rouse of Florence, KY; Seven Grandchildren; Eight Great Grandchildren; Brother, Jack Blanton; Sisters, Wilma Jean Gibson, Gail Schrader and Debbie Holets; Several Nieces and Nephews will also mourn her passing.

There will be no services at this time.

The family of Brenda would like to give special thanks to the staff at Harlan Health and Rehabilitation for the wonderful care she received while being a resident in her final years.
