Mr. Bobby McCoun

Mr. Bobby McCoun, age 59 entered Heaven’s eternal gates on December 4, 2016 at the Hospice Care Center in Hazard, KY of cancer. Bobby believed in the Pentecostal faith. Bobby was born on January 17, 1957 to Melvin McCoun and Emma Murphy. He was preceded in death by his father, Melvin Collis McCoun; grandparents, Robert and Susie McCoun and Ray and Cindy Boggs; step-father, David Murphy Sr; brother, David Murphy Jr and brother-in-law, Timothy Hornsby.

Left to mourn his passing is his mother Emma Boggs Murphy, brothers Timothy McCoun (Mary) of Dayhoit, Brooks McCoun (Sheila) of Mississippi, sisters Anjeanetta Murphy (Elvis) of St. Augustine Fl, and Cindy Hornsby of Sunshine, special nephew Braydon McCoun, special nieces Misty McCoun Day and Brandy Hornsby Barger and a host of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday December 7, 2016 from 11 to 1 pm in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home with the funeral at 1 pm with Reverend Darrell Turner officiating. Interment will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery in Keith, KY. Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
